2. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Normally our MOQ is 12,000pcs per item, 3000 pcs/color. If your order is less than this quantity, please let us know your specific amount, and we will proceed from there.
3. Do you charge the sampling fee if we want to use our own logo and decoration?
Yes, we will charge you the sampling cost USD 50 each model if you need make samples based on your own request (E.g. logo printing and designated colour coating, etc.), once the order has been confirmed, we will return the sampling fee back to you by deducting it from the order amount.
4. How is the lead time for sample request?
For evaluation sample (no logo printing and designated decoration), normally we require 7 working days if there is no existing stock available. And for pre-production sample (with logo printing and designated decoration), it may take up to 10 working days.
5. What INCOTERM you use mostly?
We mostly accept EXW or FOB, meanwhile C&F and CIF are also acceptable. The shipping documents including: Surrendered (TELEX RELEASE) bill of lading, invoice, and packing list will be sent after ETD.
6. What kind of certificates do you offer?
We are a professional cosmetic pencil producer, we against animal test. We have ISO22716 and GMPC certificates that authorized by SGS and Intertek Company. We also provide MSDS, INCI, BSE, GMO, Heavy Metal report, Microbiological detection etc.
