High-Rigidity Structure Design

PUR Two-in-One Upper Gluing Pot
It realizes glue-free line during gluing for seamless edge banding. It can use PUR granular glue or EVA granular glue, and can also be used with a no-cleaning glue pot and an independent glue machine.
End Trimming Function
The End trimming function uses a high-speed motor to quickly cut off the excess edge banding strip, resulting in a smooth and perfect finish.
Rough & Fine Trimming
The combination of rough trimming and fine trimming reduces tool wear and increases equipment life, and can trim hard materials such as PVC and acrylic edge banding.
Scraping Function
Further trim the edges to eliminate the wavy lines caused by trimming and make the edges smoother.
Copying Tracking
Carry out smooth edge trimming for the right-angle joints of edge banding to make the interfaces smooth and delicate, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance.
