The roughing tool is a 15° flat tool with 40-50 thread allowance for finishing. Automatic tracking by film and high-frequency, high-speed motors realize fast cutting.

Corner Rounding

Shapes the panel corners to make them visually premium and rounded. This function is a necessary step for high-end cabinet door processing.

Scraping Unit
Scraping

Used to scrape the extra glue to render the edges smoother. Equipped with dust collector pipes and upper/lower radius scrapers for processing 2mm plastic edge material.

Buffing & Cleaning Unit
Buffing & Cleaning

Cleans extra glue residue. Uses 4 cloth wheels to polish the dust on the edges, making them clean and aesthetic. The upper and lower buffing units ensure a perfect finish on the edge radius.
